ABOUT US

"...that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me.  And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one:  I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me."     John 17:21-23

CORE BELIEFS

Although we are many unique Christian congregations differing in faith tradition, we affirm that the core of our unity is in Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.   By participating in the Festival of Christian Unity we affirm the following beliefs:

1.

2.

3.

We believe in one God who exists in three persons as the Trinity:  Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, is the second person of the Trinity and was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, was crucified for the forgiveness of our sins; rose from the dead and ascended into Heaven and will come again.

Scripture is the inspired Word of God

WHAT IS CHRISTIAN UNITY?

FOCUS isn't just a one time or one place deal.  Similar life -changing ministries  and teachings  are happening all over the world with the goal of uniting Christians  to build, receive and grow together as we go into all the world and preach the Gospel.  Author and theologian, J.I Packer shares a short lesson in what Christian unity really is.  It does in essence, begin with each one of us.
